I didn't get a great feeling about Boardman myself - it's a suburb of a city with bad numbers, and it's not a center of any particular economic activity that gets mentioned - its numbers look fine, but I wondered if it wasn't so great on the ground. Sounds like that's true.

Last time I was looking, which has been a while, housing was cheaper in much of Ohio than it is where I live. But let's face it, it's unreasonable almost everywhere.
