I don't cover Maryland in my book - I just think all those dinky, expensive northeastern states already have plenty of people. But I may be missing things. On the other hand, okay, there is underutilized farmland, but if people start building suburbs on it, where will the land come from to feed Baltimore locally if food from California and Oklahoma is no longer available?

Your comments on Ohio and Pennsylvania would be very welcome. Tamanous2020 is also interested in Ohio, so I'll prioritize that, even though I think it has some significant downsides for inmigrants.
